The consumer information has been consented for sharing and opted-in to receive marketing offers. The pixel technology is only triggered to assemble this consumer information when someone visits a website. 

While this will vary by company and industry, historically our average is 40-60% of unique website visitors. 

The reason we don't capture 100% of the visitors is we only provide contacts to you that have an established digital footprint AND have opted-in to the sharing of their information.
